Design Consulting

Signage Design

A detailed site survey is done to understand the building signage requirements, client brand manual is studied and designs prepared in keeping with the client brand logo, design, colour scheme, height, breadth and elavation of the building. Our design team ensures that every user of the premise is given the best experience while designing unique, creative, customized and useful signage

Fabrication, Installation & Maintainance

Our manufacturing facility has state-of-art equipment like Shears, Benders, Welding Stations, Sandblaster, Computerized sign-making equipment, Screen Printing & Digital Graphics Machine, Computerized Waterjet Machine, Paint Booths, Computerized Channel Letter Machine and Laser Engravers to name a few. The installation and maintenance team has long years of experience and ensures correct installation and in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Signage Project Management

Once a project site is identified, our engineering team visits the site for a detailed site survey with help of Layout, Renders, Brand Manual etc. and assesses the various sign requirements such as Regulatory, Internal, External, Parking, Branding, Strategic, Façade, Lit/Non Lit, Day view, Night view.

Based on the site study and requirements, a conceptual design theme is prepared and shared with the client.

Concept Design

The client is presented with designs, materials to be used and a cost approximation to chose from. Once the client approves the designs, the actual shop drawings are prepared with actual descriptions.The Bill of Quantity is shared with the client and final order approval taken.

Client Approval

Shipping

Once approved, all the signage material is packed as per international standards and shipped by air which on arrival goes for customs clearance following which, it is delivered at client site and kept at a secured location. At this stage, it is also open to audit by the client.

Quality Audit

An audit is conducted at this stage by SGS, a third party International Auditor for compliance and quality

Fabrication

Once the final order is placed by the client, the state of art works takes over and items are prepared with utmost precision using branded materials such as Samsung, 3M, LG who extend their support services at all time to us as their authorized convertors

The Installation team takes over as soon as the project site is ready for installation

Installation

In all our projects, we offer a defect liability period and do full maintenance of the signage post which, if the client wishes we also offer maintenance services to the client.
